CANDLE PARTY PROGRAM
Want to have a candle party? Want to make some extra money? Want to earn free candles? This is probably the program for you.
We aren’t complicated people, so we are trying to make this a simple and easy to understand as possible.
What we need from you:
- Date and time of party
- Are you having an in-home or in-office party
- Are you selling these outside your actual party date and time?
- How many people do you need invitations for?
- Date you would like to place your order (approx.).
- $10.00 deposit for the "sniffer sampler" immediately refunded when sampler is returned.
Ok, that was simple. What you get from us once we receive the above information:
- Enough postcard invitations to mail to your guest list (hand them out or mail at your cost).
- A "sniffer sampler" of between 20-30 different candle scents. These are in small 2 oz. jars without wicks. They are the actual wax used to pour the candles. Just in an easier to handle size.
- One, 16 oz candle of your choice
- One, 8 oz candle of your choice
- Party Order forms with all of the scents available (no black-outs)!
- UPS return tag
- Scent description list
What we want from you.
- Sell the large 16 oz candle for a minimum of $10.00 each.
- Sell the smaller 8 oz candle for a minimum of $6.00 each.
- Call us with your order at the end of your party, or when you are done collecting orders.
Payment is expected at time of order placement so be sure to collect payment at the time of order. If your guests pay by check, please have them make it payable to you. If your party guests would prefer to pay via Master Card or Visa, please have the card number, expiration date and CVV code ready. Note: The CVV code is the last 3 digits on the back of the card where the signature is. (If they aren't comfortable giving you the number, have them call me with the information.
After the party, please return the entire "sniffer sampler" with enclosed UPS return tag. No cost to you. Keep the 16 oz and the 8 oz candle as a thank you gift.
Ok, now the paperwork is complete, you want to know, "why should I sell these candles". The answer is simple, you get cash. Not just discounts on your own orders for candles, but an actual check.
Here is how it works.
1-99 candles sold
$2.00 each candle for 16 oz
$ 1.20 each candle for 8 oz
Here is an example of what you could make: You sell 24-16 oz candles at $10.00 each plus 15- 8 oz candles at $6.00 each. Your personal order is for 10, 16 oz candles. Your total to us would be $240.00 for the 16 oz, $90.00 for the 8 oz, and $90.00 for your personal order. Grand total to us: $420.00. You will receive a check for $ 66.00 plus 1 free 16 oz candle 1 free 8 oz candle.
100-299 candles sold
$2.50 each candle for 16 oz
$1.25 each candle for 8 oz
Here is an example of what you could make: You sell 100- 16 oz candles at $10.00 each plus 48- 8 oz candles at $6.00 each. Your personal order is for 5- 8 oz candles. Your total to us would be $ 1000.00 for the 16 oz, $288.00 for the 8 oz and $27.00 for your personal order. Grand total to us :$ 1315.00. You will receive a check for $ 310.00 plus 7 free 16 oz candles and 4 free 8 oz candles.
300-999 candles sold
$3.50 each candle for 16 oz
$1.75 each candle for 8 oz
Here is an example of what you could make: You sell 250- 16 oz candles at $10.00 each plus 72- 8 oz candles at $6.00 each. Your personal order is for 3, 16 oz candles and 10, 8 oz candles. Your total to us would be $ $2500.00 for the 16 oz, $ 432.00 for the 8 oz and 81.00 for your personal order. Grand total to us: $ 3013.00. You will receive a check for $ 715.00 plus 20 free 16 oz candles and 6 free 8 oz candles.
Over-achiever program= 1000+ candles
$4.00 each candle for 16 oz.
$2.00 each candle for 8 oz.
Here is an example of what you could make: Ok, so you are an Over-Achiever. You sell 950- 16 oz candles at $10.00 each plus 65- 8 oz candles at $6.00 each. Your personal order is for 1, 16 oz candle. Your total to us would be $ $9500.00 for the 16 oz, $390.00 for the 8 oz and $ 9.00 for your personal order. Grand total to us: $ 9899.00. You will receive a check for $ 3930.00 plus 6.5 cases (78 candles) of the 16 oz and 5- 8oz candles FREE to do with as you please, including selling them at the $10.00 price and the $6.00 price, with nothing owed us. That is another $810.00 potential amount in your pocket. Let's repeat this, be an over-achiever and you could receive $4740.00 if you sell the free cases. Of course, you will earn more if you sell more than 1000!.
You get 10% off your personal candle order no matter how many you sell. Your personal order is not eligible for the cash award program.
Another perk; You can earn free candles! Yes, this is in addition to your cash award program and your 10% off. Here is how that works:
For every 12 candles, after the initial 12, you will earn one free candle.
Yet another perk, yep, they keep on coming! If someone books a party that attended your party, you will receive a check for 5% of their party sales. You just have to tell us who is having the party and that they attended yours, so we can make a note when their party is complete, you get a check.
Orders are usually shipped the next business day. If, for some reason, there would be backorders, you will be informed at the time of order placement. Backorders are usually filled within 1 week.
Shipping: under 12 candles, shipping is $1.00 per candle. Any orders of 12 candles or more have completely FREE UPS insured shipping. Yes, you order 1000 candles, and the shipping is still free. You will usually have your candles in less than 1 week. Order Monday night, ships Tuesday morning, they are usually anywhere in the continental US by Friday. No waiting 6 weeks for your candles to arrive.
