We are always looking for valid retailers to carry our product.  You must have a valid Retail tax certificate for wholesale pricing and we prefer a street address instead of simply a PO box.  This is because we ship UPS.  For more information, please drop us a note on the "contact us" page and we will get back to you immediately.

Retailers received special pricing which is not given to the general public.  Our minimums are easy to reach.  24 candles, mix and match, on the first order.  Minimum of 12 candles on return orders.

As a general rule, we would prefer only one retail location per city.   However, if the city is very large, we may have two or three retailers.  This can only be approved when the retailers are not located within the same area, and with the consent of any of our current stores.  For example, if you have the retail store in Northeast Houston, we would ask your permission before adding a new retailer in Southwest Houston.  This helps to promote customer loyalty and makes it easier for our customers to find the stores that carry our candles.  We are not looking for market over-saturation. We want our retailers to be successful and have repeat orders for our candles.  This can only be achieved through mutual work and respect.

We also offer the "slow stock" program.  If a retailer has successfully carried our candles, and finds certain scents don't sell in their area, they can return these candles for trade.  This does include seasonal scents.  A retailer is going to have trouble selling "Oh Christmas Tree" in April.  We understand that.  The retailer pays the return freight and the replacement freight.  Of course, we must know in advance when candles are being traded and they cannot be damaged or in "unsellable" condition.  Just drop us a note, with the scents that aren't moving, the quantity and which replacements you need.  These will ship the day we receive the trades.
 

As a way to say thank you, If you have a store front, retailers will be listed on our "retailers" page and included on the back of the product brochures at no additional cost.  We can eliminate this perk if you are carrying the candles for parties, or in an area not accessible to the general public.  If you do not have a store front, the area will still be open for a store-front retailer. 

Soy candles are the lastest rage and will make you a nice income.  If you are ready to promote the USA and our farmers, this is a great way to do it!
